  • 横轴式掘进机回转机构强度有限元分析 回转机构,是掘进机的主要的承载部件。回转机构的主要功能是使工作机构水平摆动和垂直升降的支承机构,它由一个回转台(其结构主要由回转轴承和回转座组成)和两对油缸组成:一对油缸实现悬臂的水平回转;另一对实现悬臂的垂直升降。它承担工作机构截割煤岩时产生的较大载荷和倾覆力矩。而且它在矿山和巷道开挖中易发生断裂破坏。因此,进行回转架的CAE应用技术研究是十分必要的。本研究基于掘进机主要的三种工况,针对EBH-135型掘进机的对回转结构进行了回转机构的动力学分析与静强度分析,并进行动力学仿真,以及有限元分析,分析结果,为掘进机的设计保养提供理论依据。
